At Plixphar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and workshop experiences. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds for different types of products and services we offer related to mindful gardening and floral arrangement.

Workshop Bookings

Cancellation by You

30+ days before workshop: Full refund or transfer to another date

14-29 days before workshop: 75% refund or transfer to another date

7-13 days before workshop: 50% refund or transfer to another date

Less than 7 days before workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another person

All transfers and cancellations must be requested in writing to our email address: info@plixphar.world

Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund
  • Transfer to another workshop date
  • Credit toward future workshops or products

Live Plants

We carefully select and inspect all plants before they leave our facility to ensure they're healthy and meet our quality standards.

Plant Health Guarantee

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

Our plants come with a 14-day health guarantee. If your plant shows signs of distress or poor health within 14 days of delivery (despite following proper care instructions), contact us for assistance.

Please note: This guarantee does not cover:

  • Plants damaged due to improper care, neglect, or environmental conditions
  • Normal seasonal changes in plant appearance
  • Plants repotted or significantly altered after purchase

Garden Supplies and Tools

Unused, undamaged items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through email or phone to request a return authorization
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your order number and return reason
  4. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Digital Products and Guides

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with the content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Floral Arrangements

Fresh floral arrangements are perishable items and therefore have a specific return policy:

  • If arrangements arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours with photos
  • We'll arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances
  • We cannot accept returns of floral arrangements after 24 hours due to their perishable nature

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but have no expiration date.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
